We do not sell or share personal data for cross-context behavioural advertising.

8. International Data Transfers

Deltaxis is based in Switzerland. Our primary application infrastructure is hosted in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany) to align with strong data protection standards, including GDPR requirements for European users.

Because we serve users worldwide, your data may be accessed from or transferred to countries other than your own, including Switzerland, EU member states, and the United States (e.g. via Stripe or certain CDN services).

Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards, such as:

  • EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum where applicable;
  • the Swiss Addendum to the SCCs;
  • processor agreements and supplementary technical/organizational measures.

Switzerland benefits from an EU adequacy decision. For transfer details, contact contact@deltaxis.com.

9. How Long We Keep Data

  • Active accounts: retained while your account is active.
  • Closed accounts: deleted or anonymized within 90 days, unless law requires longer retention.

  • access controls on APIs and infrastructure;
  • monitoring for abuse and incidents.

No system is completely secure. Please use a strong, unique password and protect your credentials.

11. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use essential cookies and local storage for login, security, and core functionality — including your authentication tokens, which are kept in your browser’s local storage. Non-essential technologies (analytics, on both our marketing site and the application) are used only where permitted and, where required by law, after your consent.
