Deltaxis is based in Switzerland. Our primary application infrastructure is hosted in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany) to align with strong data protection standards, including GDPR requirements for European users.
Because we serve users worldwide, your data may be accessed from or transferred to countries other than your own, including Switzerland, EU member states, and the United States (e.g. via Stripe or certain CDN services).
Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards, such as:
- EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum where applicable;

- processor agreements and supplementary technical/organizational measures.
Switzerland benefits from an EU adequacy decision. For transfer details, contact contact@deltaxis.com.
